Bath Land Management provides an independent and personal land management service for private landowners in Bath and the surrounding area.

Owning and managing land can be incredibly rewarding, but it also brings a constant stream of decisions, maintenance requirements and practical challenges.

I can take ongoing responsibility for looking after your land, identifying what needs to be done, organising suitable contractors and overseeing work on your behalf. With over 20 years' experience in land management, landscaping and conservation, I am able to make informed day-to-day decisions independently, while keeping owners regularly updated and involved in the decisions that matter.

Regular visits and ongoing oversight of your land
Finding, appointing and managing reliable contractors
Grounds and garden maintenance
Trees, woodland, hedges and boundaries
Ponds, drainage, paths and access
Wildlife and environmental improvements
Planning and delivering improvement projects
Obtaining quotations and controlling costs
Identifying problems before they become expensive
Acting as your representative when dealing with contractors and specialists

Every property is different. My role is to understand your land and your priorities and provide the level of involvement needed — from occasional advice and individual projects through to ongoing management.
