Bath Land Management is a land and project management consultancy established in 2013, based in the city of Bath. We serve an area up to 60 miles from Bath and offer bespoke project support and land management guidance to the public and private sectors, enabling landowners to get the most from their land and property.
We began as a landscaping service but soon specialised in consulting to local authorities, golf courses, hotels and private estates. Our visionary guidance has helped our clients maintain their land to higher standards and with improved management efficiencies in place. Additionally, we manage and deliver any sized landscaping and groundworks projects and can also manage the delivery of smaller building constructions and renovations. We've had good success over the years obtaining grant funding to offset some costs.

Our trusted partners include architects, landscapers, groundworks and civils contractors, tree surgeons, gardeners, ecologists, drainage experts, mobile welders, electricians, plumbers and general builders.
We only charge for OUR time. Any contractors we arrange, our clients pay directly. We deliver lasting, quality results for our clients because we are communicative, organised, conscientious, knowledgeable and ambitious.

Oliver says, “Before we deliver changes to land and property or alter the way it is managed, we must first, understand it well. This includes understanding how it is used and how that may change. Proper planning always repays with greater rewards."
